This is another common question, and again, interviewers will not like the answer “so that I can finally move out of my parent’s house”. The real question behind the question is: “what can you offer us if we give you this job?”
The best answer is one that plays to your strengths and tell the interviewer that you will be a good fit in their company. If you have heard positive things about the hospital culture and the company’s mission/vission, bring this up and explain how it is a good mesh with your own personal goals or working style. Mention what you hope to achieve in the job, and how you will contribute to the organization.
